Art Commissions

If desired and a money transaction has yet to be completed for your art commission purchase, you may cancel the exchange. Once a money transaction has been made, the art commission purchase can not be cancelled or refunded and will be completed unless requested otherwise. If colour has not been applied to the art commission and a cancellation is requested, the purchase can be held as a credit used toward a future commission or product purchase.
 

Physical Product

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Art Commissions

Once a transaction is made and any part of the art commission has been started, a refund can not be issued. If we are unable to deliver the completed artwork within 30 business days, the cause being a delay (any personal emergencies or maintenance from our website, or any externally used websites) on delivery of the completed artwork that is out of our control, you will be alerted immediately where a refund will be left under our discretion.

Commissions ordered under special circumstances (ie an emergency), they can not be refunded.

Physical Product
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
